For maximum intensity, we have assigned our fittest instructors to train small groups in an energetic daily regime that includes formal instruction from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 18:00. Your day continues with working lunches, local community meetings, cooking and expanding your knowledge about Polish culture.
