Payments for the selected course should be made no later than 3 days before the start of the course, but no later than 2 months before the exam date, by bank transfer or postal order. After making the payment, please send us a payment confirmation by e-mail. Admission to the selected course depends on the order of payments, the number of places is limited. If there are no places in the selected course, it will be possible to refund the fee or choose another course in that session. Cancellation from the course to enable a refund of the fee must be reported by e-mail 2 business days before the start of the course. After this date, it is not possible to refund the course fee or transfer the course fee towards the course in the next session. If payment is not made, course registration may be canceled.We will be able to confirm registration for the exam only after receiving confirmation of the full payment by e-mail. The fee for the B1 exam is 150 EUR plus a certificate – 20 EUR and for the C1 exam – 180 EUR plus a certificate 20 EUR. The fee must be paid by bank transfer in Polish zloty; the amount for the exam will be based on the average exchange rate at the National Bank of Poland at the end of the month preceding registration. The order in which payments are made determines whether registration is accepted. If payment is not made, registration will be automatically canceled. Cancellation of the exam, which allows for a refund of the fee, is only possible until a specific date 7 weeks before the exam. The resignation should be sent by e-mail. After this date, we cannot refund or transfer the exam fee towards another exam session.
